Urghh. I've been doing so well. I'd had no contact with my ex for 10 days and was starting to improve. Today we've spent the day messaging and mainly me trying to persuade him to try again. The relationship wasn't good, he was controlling and gaslighting on occasions.
I'd started sleeping and eating... today both have gone and I'm riddled with panic that he won't come back to me. How do I get back to how well I was doing?
