Success stories of postpartum anxiety

Hello, this is my first time on mumsnet. I have a 10 week old baby boy and i have been upped to a dose of 225mg venaflaxin and I'm on 125mg of qutiapine. I did start to see an improvemnet but the last week has been unbareavle with anxiety. Is it normal to go up and down? I'm so scared i qont comw through this. I am under the Perinatal team. Please give me hope.

Hello OP. I would raise these concerns with your GP, or whoever is prescribing you at the perinatal clinic. As a general rule, antidepressants and antipsychotics can take several weeks to see an effect and some patients do go through highs and lows as their bodies adjust.
