What would you recommend for bedtime anxiety for 9 year old, post tramatic experience

My 9 year old was at a traumatic experience last summer. She has seemed fine on the whole since. However, for the oast 2 or 3 months she becomes very panicked most nights after about 8pm

She will get quite hysterical, and seems to be having a panic attack. I'm not sure if it's related to the incident or not. Perhaps it's also an age / developmental thing

She will catastrophise about everything. For example, she'll find a vein on her arm and think it means she's going to die. She sleeps in bed with us most nights as a result

I feel it's gone on long enough that I should look into some sort of help / therapy. I have private healthcare so could use that, but i'm not sure what sort of recommendation to ask the GP for

Would anyone have a suggestion of an appropriate and effective therapy?
