Can you take 3.75mg zopiclones & 45mg mirtazapin together or would you space them out

Well mitrazepine has a sedative action. I would say don't do this for sure if you're new to mitrazepine, until you've felt what this medication is like and how you are in the morning. If you are used to the mitrazepine you could try bring that forwards then take the sleeping tablet just before bed. Have you been prescribed both together?

Are you new to either drug?

I have been on mirtazapin 8+ years and the zopicone more recently just been scared to have them why I don't no my anxious mind overthinks side effects

It depends really if mirtazapin makes you drowsy really. It never made me feel like that (sadly) so I was fine to take it with Z drugs. It's quite a small dose of zopiclone too and presumably you wouldn't have been prescribed it if there was any risk.

I’d definitely check with the doctor - I take mirtazapine for the sedative effect. I tried coming off it and didn’t sleep for 6 weeks - tried zopicolone out of desperation but didn’t work. I would be wary of combining without making sure it’s ok.

No mirtazapine don't make me drowzy 1 bit does make me calm but not sleepy I have been on them a very long time
