Hi, just wondering if my Autistic Daughters Social Worker can insist on a Best Interest meeting when my daughter lacks capacity but her medication is gradually being reduced for her psychosis ,her Emotions have started to come back and I think that her thinking and understanding might come back too eventually,at the moment she can’t go out on her own, she struggles focussing etc, but is so much Better, calmer etc
