Citalopram and headaches

I've recently switched from Setraline to Citalopram and am experiencing headaches on an almost daily basis. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I started on it.
Has anyone else experienced this and did it get better in time? I don't really want to have change medications again as it was a bumpy journey with the Sertraline (two dosage increases before my GP suggested changing). Really hoping it will get better soon.

I came off Citalopram and my headaches improved 90%, I hadn't realised that it had been affecting me so much. Apparently they are a side effect, I suffer migraines so it was difficult for me to ascertain what was triggering them and the Citalopram was helping with depression/anxiety so I was reluctant to stop. I did stop, my headaches improved but now I'm struggling again, just about to write a thread for some advice.
