I have come here to ask for some advice about my current mental health situation caused by a change in contraception at the start of this year.
Has anyone else had any experience with the above injection, Sayana Press?
I have felt in unbearable despair since starting this contraception due to having crippling depression, anxiety, intense feelings of sadness, irritability and mood swings. It's affecting how I feel about the job I once adored and affecting interactions with my partner who I love with all my heart.
Nothing I do seems to help and usual coping strategies feel redundant.
So I simply have to wait and endure this until it leaves my system or is there a way to speed this up and return to feeling like my usual self?
Any advice is hugely appreciated.
