Looking for some reassurance please

I’ve been on propranolol for coming up 3 weeks I’ve found it a miracle! However took it this morning sorry if tmi around 20 minutes later I had a very urgent upset stomach, an hour later I couldn’t believe it right back to square one having a horrific panic attack which feels much worse as I’ve not had one for weeks now!

Is it possible that it didn’t have time to absorb and effectively went straight through me?? i really don’t want to be put off as it’s helped me soo much Tia xxx

I take propanalol sometimes but I’ve found that sometimes I get a bit of an upset tummy when I’ve taken it but I do suffer from Ibs so never really sure whether it’s just that!

if you’ve been taking it without problems before then maybe it was just a coincidence and the upset tummy was unrelated? X

Yeah no I don’t think it was that but usually it completely stops my panic attacks however it didn’t work at all yesterday and I’m wondering if it didn’t have time to absorb you know for example if you have vomiting or diarrhoea with your pill with first hour of taking it they reccomend you take another dose? Xx
