Struggling for the first time with health anxiety. Over analysing everything, every headache, symptom etc etc. I am usually a very calm person and don't tend to worry or waste energy on things that might not happen... so this is all new to me. It's come on since having a miscarriage (and there being a bit of a horrible waiting game to see if it was ectopic or not). Hoping it passes soon and I am talking to a therapist next week.
Wondering how other people manage this, what helps etc any advice greatly appreciated.
