Struggling to get support

I had a suicidal episode earlier in the month and was in hospital.
Saw a nurse who I found particularly unhelpful and triggering so I left the room and asked to go home as it was 2am and I hadn't slept in a long time and this was impacting my mental health poorly. She got annoyed and so did her colleagues. Trying to clear me to get in a taxi when I was trying to arrange my boyfriend to pick me up.

Fast forward to now and my mental health has declined further. I tried calling 111 when feeling suicidal and the nurse said as I have moved I need to change GP before I can get any help and will need to get an emergency appointment. Again kept in asking me over and over if I was actually going to sign up for the doctor when I already said I'd get help to do this.

So my boyfriend took the day of work to help me sign up yesterday and they said to call at 8.30 today to get the appointment only for all the lines to be full. I explained 111 said I needed a emergency appointment. I'm getting concerned as I can't seem to get help and I'm struggling to keep myself safe and every time I talk to someone they are impatient, uncaring and un-interested.

Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
