Basically I took Escitalopram 20mg religiously since the birth of DD in 2022. I got a bit shit at taking them, would maybe only take 1-2 a week. The GP suggested I cut down to 10mg and took them regularly to be able to come off them. I took 10mg every night for maybe a month, and again I keep forgetting to take them.
This week I've felt terrible. Awful headache, severe nausea, dizziness 24/7. Could this be to do with my tablets or not? Anyone?

Withdrawal from it is horrible, if you were taking them regularly and then stopped again then yes I'd imagine that could be it.
