Pregabalin for anxiety

I have just been prescribed this by my GP and wondering if anyone has taken it for anxiety? I already take Chlomipramine, Olanzapine and a small supply of diazepam once a month so a bit apprehensive about adding in another tablet. Also Pregabalin was discussed at my last psychiatrist appointment in October and she wasn't keen to prescribe it so I don't know whether to just take it or wait until my next psychiatrist appointment which could be weeks. I am desperate for some relief from anxiety which leaves me pretty much housebound.

I found it really good. It upset my stomach though so couldn’t stay on it.

Just gave me stomach pains. Definitely didn’t feel sick.

I wouldn't but I had a horrible reaction to it. It's addictive and can have nasty withdrawal symptoms.

I was on it and it worked very well. Only side effect I got was weight gain.
