Not a TAAT but I had read on something else about concealed and/or historical MH issues being a safeguarding issue ?
I can see why a historical issue could in some cases be a problem but what is concealed MH issue ? Is it something suspected ? But not actually diagnosed? By concealed does that mean not obvious or not admitted to ? Why exactly would it be an issue
