Awful end to Sunday. Child breaking toys. OH losing temper. Me losing temper. Sitting in silence swiping and scrolling. Early night. Now here. Have to go to work. I feel nothing. I have to muster strength to give a shit about people who know nothing about me. I feel totally without feeling. On sertraline which usually caps my moods but now it's just a solid blankness. My head is silent.

@Theedgeoftheabyss I'm sorry you're feeling low. Can you take a day off and have some me time?

Theedgeoftheabyss · 29/01/2024 21:34

I'd love to take time off. But I have 30 children and a to do as long as my arm.

30 children? I'm assuming you're in teaching and haven't birthed 30 children....

How are you this evening?

Hi. Did you get any feeling back? Hope the day went better. What caused you to need ADs? X

Theedgeoftheabyss · 30/01/2024 08:37

Post natal depression. General depression and ongoing anxiety. And my job haha.

I know that feeling well. I normally associate the worst instances of it for me to anxiety and panic attacks. Personally I would think your Sertaline is not working for you as well as it should. So I would suggest contacting your GP about your ongoing problems. Don't beat yourself up, you are not alone in having these feelings, or even lack of. GL
