I'm in hospital on mirtazapine and the consultant has decided to add in Venlafaxine. It's a bit scary to think of yet another medication in the mix. Could anyone give me an idea of what to expect from venlafaxine? I'm still experiencing withdrawal from an unsuccessful spell on sertraline so I hardly know which way is up. I'm underweight and have been losing weight for ages but have actually put on 1.5kg in the time I've been on mirtazapine. Any insight into what's likely to happen there also would be appreciated.
