Antidepressants and sex drive

I'm currently on sertraline and am starting to reduce my dose with the aim eventually of coming off completely. This is partly due to the lack of sexual sensation they seem to cause. Has anyone found any antidepressants that don't have this effect? I was on fluoxetine many years ago and had this same problem then

Yes but I put it down to how I'm feeling rather than the meds. Wonder if it's a side effect...

My hubby went on sertraline for anxiety during Covid and it had sexual side effects for him after a month or two, lack of sensation and losing his ability to orgasm. He switched to fluoxetine but this was not better early last year but this was no better so eventually came off them.
