Supplements anxiety?

Hi does anybody take any supplements that work for anxiety?
im pretty sure L-theanine is working for me but about to run out of what I’ve tried and the price has gone up loads! so if anybody uses any brands of L theanine they recommend that would be amazing!

I’ve tried ashwagandha but not sure it does much! I also take vitamin b6!

I know this is an old thread but I wonder how you got on with the L theanine?

I have struggled with antidepressants upsetting my IBS and have been thinking of trying L Theanine. Did it help op?

L-Theanine is the best supplement I have found for anxiety and kicks in quickly. It makes me calm but not drowsy. I often take it before bed
