Always struggle in winter anyway.

Haven't been on meds for a few years now

Feel like I'm drowning this week.. nothing major has happened apart from the standard £800 unexpected car repair, no car for days and skint January.

Could easily just stay in bed, but that doesn't get the bill paid

Been promoted, new role starts in a few weeks and can't see the wood from the trees

Oh I am so sorry that you are feeling like this. If you are open to meds, phone today for an appointment with a GP. If not, so you have support in your life? I have found that I need at least one of those things when the darkness descends. Well done for reaching out, that is a good sign. Get the basics done and know that your mood will improve as it has in the past. But please get the support in place, either meds or people, preferably both.

Keep posting on this thread, I will listen xx

Thank you

Husband is incredibly supportive thankfully,
Reluctant to go back on meds as I've managed 13 years without but everything and I mean everything just seems so hard right now

Sending lots of love your way. I was the same, and reluctantly went back on meds last year, feel lots better. It's a bad time of year. Look after yourself Flowers

Congrats on the new role. Is there something worrying you about it or are you looking forward to getting started?
