Sorry you've got to this stage. Call the Samaritans straight away. Please know that this feeling is not forever, when you share how you feel, people will care and help you. Confide in someone in real life and just hang on until morning. Has something happened to you? Do you know why you feel so bed? Call them now xx

I’m so sorry you’re feeling this bad. It’s not forever and there are people out there who can help. Please do call the Samaritans and talk to the person at the other end about how you’re feeling. Has something happened today? Xx

Adventscam · 09/01/2024 04:05

And remember that things always feel worse when it’s dark and night time. Try to hang on, it will be light in a few hours. Xx

The phone number is 116 123 and the line is open now.

So sorry OP. Could you call Samaritans? Any family, friends you could reach out to near by? Do you want to talk and tell us what’s brought you to feel this way? X

Zonder · 09/01/2024 04:31

We are here if you want to talk.

Hello OP, we are really sorry to hear you are feeling this way.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources.
You can also go to the Samaritans website, or email them on [email protected]. Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.

We also like to remind everyone that, although we're awed daily by the astonishing support our members give each other through life's trickier twists and turns, we'd always caution anyone never to give more of themselves to another poster, emotionally or financially, than they can afford to spare.

Squiggles23 · 14/01/2024 00:04

How are you doing now OP? X
