Coming off sertraline

One of my 2024 goals is to wean off this. I've been taking it for 13 years for PTSD initially and am at the max dose.

Obviously going to do this with my GP but are there any tips or other advice out there?

If coming off it doesn't work it doesn't mean you have failed. Be kind to yourself and take it slow.

It's great that you feel in a place to start reducing but bare in mind you might feel like that because of the sertraline. Listen to the GP. Good luck

Thank you, I've tried before and it hasn't worked but I can't go on with lack of libido & orgasm

I managed to get down to 50 but am now back up to 100mg
Still I guess it's better than 200mg
