I am applying to have my 3 year PIP award renewed. This time they sent me a link to complete the online form rather than a hard copy of the form in the post.
I completed all the sections, uploaded several supporting documents in the right format and size.
But then when I press the submit button I get an error message saying my form could not be submitted.
I have tried several times, even trying to do it late in the evening when less people would be using the system.
Anyone had the same problem and how did you resolve it?
Applying for PIP really is a nightmare.
3 years ago they claimed they had not received my form so I had to redo it and send out the form again only to be told the week after that they had actually found the first form I had sent...then they tried to claim I had not sent an additional supportive evidence on time only to back down when I pointed out I have the receipt from the post office to prove it had been sent on time and by recorded delivery....
