Don't know who to turn to

If you were having a mental health crisis where would you go. I have family and friends but it's Boxing Day and everyone is busy.

What would you normally do and what would help you? If a but of a chat with family or friends would do it I'm sure most would be happy to oblige if they usually do.

If you really need help, do you have a phone number for the crisis team?

Samaritans are always there to talk too.
