Panic attack techniques

People who experience panic attacks, what are you techniques to stop one in it's tracks when you feel the anxiety ramping up? I'm trying my best but I'm sure I'm about to have a full blown panic attack. I suffer badly with anxiety, mostly health anxiety and I'm being triggered today by physical symptoms massively. And techniques others use?

I remember my husband telling me to stop fighting it, just accept the anxiety and the attack, that it would pass, then I’d feel better.

he would be fully available to me to cling onto for dear life whilst I shook and shivered and cried and tried to breathe. My panic attacks felt like I was losing my mind, then I’d get diarrhoea afterwards, dizziness and disassociation which was horrible. I’d feel like I was walking on zero gravity, it wasn’t pleasant. But remembering to breathe, sitting up and watching friends with him by my side really helped, until I could relax enough to fall asleep.
