Sertraline headaches and side effects

I was on 50mg sertraline for about 18 months. 2 months ago I increased to 100mg. I've had daily headaches ever since. I thought they'd have gone by now but they haven't. I wake up with a feeling of pressure/tension on top of my head and across my forehead. Another thing is my eyes. I feel like I have so much pressure in and around them and they feel "slow" at times. As if they can't keep up....
Has anyone had similar and came out the other side or is 2 months too long for this to be happening?
I want to believe my mental health is better but this pressure feeling is making it difficult to cope.

What about dropping to 75 to see if it passes? I had to taper up slowly from 25 to 37.5 to 50 due to the side effects.
Hope you get some relief soon.

@TreeHuggerMum1 that's a good idea. I was thinking that today I'll take the 50 and see how I go. I'm not sure I could cut the tablet to 75mg.

I bought a pill cutter off eBay for about £2. Game change. X
