Whenever I use computers and screens for a couple of hours or even all day, I get tired, anxious and depressed because I wasn't very nice to people on them when I was a teenager. I've changed my ways now.
Now I want to be a YouTuber and now I feel like my anxiety and the horrible things I've done on social media are all holding me back.
I find it scary talking to people about my anxiety and depression about screens and also it frightens me talking to people about it. I have also had brain surgery too. Talking about it on here is easier for me.
Can you help me please and what can I do?
