ok so I suffer from anxiety and the other night I woke up and felt like I couldn’t breathe properly which I was terrified to go back to sleep.. next night was ok but last night woke up through the night and felt as if I had a raging temp sweating but shivering took me ages to get back to sleep and when I woke up I was ok? Suffering really bad with anxiety today thinking if it could be comething serious?? Also every morning when I wake up I feel so groggy shaking and Just can not pull myself round to get out of bed for a good hour any advice please or anyone going through same thing????
