Can’t sleep run out of Zopiclone

Can’t see Dr until next week.

I need to com off the sleeping tablets but now can’t sleep with terrible anxious thoughts going round and round in my head about life circumstances etc.

What to do?

Do you have any other medical issues other than the sleep/MH stuff?

I've used Nytol before; you can buy them OTC. Pharmacist could also advise.

See if you can get hold of phenergan or Nytol. Now will be a good time to start training yourself to fall asleep using a sleep meditation app. It won’t work straight away but if you practice every night after a couple of weeks it will help.

I feel your pain @Touty . I struggle to sleep every night. Zopiclone gives me a break from the torture but it’s very addictive. I try and only take Zopiclone when I’m either completely desperate to sleep, or if I have an important day to deal with.

Thanks guys- I managed to get an appointment with the Dr today who renews my prescriptions, but no Zopiclone in the pharmacy, pharmacist said there’s a problem with the manufacturer. I bought some melatonin instead. Let’s see if that works.

Still no Zopiclone here, haven’t had a good nights sleep for days, have been taking melatonin but it doesn’t give me a deep enough sleep and I’m tired th next day.
