Struggling to find a job

I have severe anxiety and struggle to work. I currently work part time but I need to up my hours as we can no longer afford it.
I struggle to leave the house some days and find meeting people extremely difficult. id like to find something I can do at home, but I’ve no qualifications.
Does anyone have any experience of this and any advice on what work I could possibly do from home that doesn’t involve much human interaction- I’m rubbish at maths so nothing in this field. Thanks.

Would it make more sense to tackle the anxiety rather look for a job to fit around it? What treatment have you had or are you having?

Having had depression and anxiety for decades, it also strikes me as easier to up your hours in what you already do, if you need immediate cash.
Retraining might be more stressful? I dunno.

I do totally get your point as I had a nervous breakdown in July and haven't worked since. I'm hoping to get something 100% home based but haven't figured out what yet so interested to see replies.

I hate tech as well so no idea how it's all going to work. Reality is I might have to seek out the quietest admin work I can find. I'm not anxious dealing with people but don't enjoy it. Would you be all right in a small place with the minimum amount of people interaction?

Thanks for the replies. Theres no more hours available at my current job otherwise I’d do that.

I have had various treatments in the past for my anxiety, and I’m on the waiting list for more cbt.
I have some quite complex issues which I’ll probably never entirely be free of. I do seem to go through fazes of being well, then it just gets on top of me again. This last year had been particularly bad and my confidence has been badly affected.

I could probably cope with a few people, but not customer facing roles. I just don’t seem to have the same resilience I had a few years ago.
