I’ve been having some ups and downs over the past 18 months or so and have dabbled with the idea of going back on them. I think I’ve realised that I need to get back on them and this is more of a depressive episode than just a period of poor mental health due to life circumstances.
I’m shattered and I just feel like my resilience is so so low. I need that boost so I can take care of myself again. Anyone else been here?
