I've lived my whole life knowing nothing about skin cancer, only a few months ago I read about it and started thinking about it obsessively and became concerned about skin cancer.
Before I read about it, nothing happened to my moles, but after I read about it and began monitoring my body regularly, especially my moles, I began to notice changes in my body, such as many small pink spots sometimes and many whiteheads.
I have an old mole not changed and nothing has happened to it since 3 years, (now) sometimes I find scratches (peels off) on it.
I don't understand what caused the change that occurred in my body since that day?!
(Forgive me if I have any spelling mistakes, I'm just nervous!)

It's confirmation bias - you are expecting to see changes and so, guess what, you're seeing changes.

If I'm reading your post correctly about scratches, I don't think that's moles - it's a raised, rough sort of splodge that can be scratched off? I have those and it's a dermatological thing, but it's not a mole.

I try hard to think rationally, but when the thought of skin cancer spreading comes into my mind, it just terrifies me.

The crusts are already on the skin around the mole. When I woke up in the morning (today), I found a lot of white scales on the skin (my leg) and there was a scratch on the mole (next them). I was very afraid. The first thing that came to my mind was skin cancer on the mole. I'm trying to think of something else, because I slept in long cloth pants, and I put the pants in my socks. I would like to know what skin problem you mentioned at the end of your comment?

What happened a few months ago?

See a consultant dermatologist.

I don't actually know the name of it, sorry - but it's basically crusted patches of skin that look very like moles, at time you can scrape the top layer off with a nail, at times it bleeds if you bother it too much. But it's not a mole and please believe me here, I've had everything checked twice as a pale blue person with tons of sun damage.

That all said, anything you're worried about should be checked out.
