Flu and covid jab making me feel low

I have bipolar, adhd and autism. Got the jabs early because of my bipolar. Just wondering did the jabs make anyone else's mood dip quite significantly? Mine went down hill rapidly. All I wanted was my bed. Slept for 14 hours and feel okish now. Just wondered if the jab affected anyone else's mental health and if that's normal?

No ill effects here at all. Sorry you’ve felt worse

Wow I thought it was just me. Felt ok on the day (yesterday) but all day today I've felt literally nauseous with an anxiety/sad feeling.

I feel better now. But I think it was definitely the jab. So weird how that happens. Maybe putting your body out of wack causing the feelings

I think it’s “just” that the jabs can often make you a bit sick (like a mini flu or covid). I’m getting mine next week and I’m not planning anything else for that day. I’m often ok after vaccinations but I do sometimes feel unwell for a bit.

My arm was absolutely killing me. Probably didn't help I got both jabs in the same arm. Couldn't move it for ages. Probably didn't help matters
