I did a consultation for my anti depressants today via GP. I had to fill a questionnaire about how im feeling and they called to say I should go to a&e.

What do you do? Just turn up to a&e and say you feel like dying?

What do they even do with you?

Sorry to hear you are feeling low

Going to AE will get you assessed by a mental health team , put you in touch with support services and hopefully getting you the help you need

Are you ok , people will chat with you here if you want to ?

Do you have anyone who could go with you , or support you now ?

Im assuming its the same process as if you're unwell? Check in, triage, wait for doc?

Nope, no support, home alone. Going through a relationship breakdown, have been humiliated and betrayed by someone i still love. Cant get over it. Feel traumatised over the infidelity.
