Hello

is there anyone wishing to share their journey? I’m on week 8, upped dose to 150 last week and feeling the horrendous heightened anxiety that comes with it. Really jittery and on edge. I’ve been here before (this was a relapse after stopping in the spring..) and I know it’ll get better but it’s sooo hard…

I was on 50mg for 4 weeks, upped it to 100mg for 6 days but felt awful on that. I’ve dropped back to 50mg but it’s causing stomach issues. Wish I’d never increased

Thanks for your comment Pringle
I’m trying to stick with it but it’s hard… for some people it settles much quicker, looks like I’m not one of them 😅😅
hope you feel better soon

Hope you do too ❤️

it took me about a week to start on 50 and then 100 before I adjusted - go luck, you'll get there

30 days in on 50mg for depression. Most of it has been nausea so I started taking it before bed but the insomnia is quite a problem. I have noticed I am a lot more forgetful and confused and today I feel really rather ditzy? Struggling to concentrate massively today. I have had a handful of waves of anxiety. Lacking massively in appetite also... but my mood has definitely lifted. I'm hoping at the 6 week mark a lot of these symptoms go. I just want a good night sleep.

I get the nausea too but I prefer it to insomnia!!! It gets better in the afternoon and I try to eat as much as I can then. I’ve lost a stone in the past month… hope you continue to feel better. It takes a while but it’s been worth the wait for me in the past. Hoping it works just as well this time

I have Bipolar and take Sertraline 200mg, along with Mirtazapine 45mg to manage my stubborn depressive symptoms, and Priadel 600mg which really only controls mania for me. The only enduring side effects for me is low libido. Other side effects were short lived for me.

Just approaching week 9 and feeling like I’ve turned a corner. Still not 100% but seeing more and more good days! Hope you’re all getting slowly better xx
