Today might be crap and feel daunting but at least....im going to look for the wins
At least im wearing a new jumper I bought this week. Wearing it in bed over pjs and feeling like I have a bit of style - accidentally colour coordinated. Feels cosy,
I will spray tan from a can so by this afternoon I'll have colour in my face when we are talking seperation.
Going to get up, throw clothes in dryer, get changed and go on the crosstrainet - at least im getting closer to feeling fitter...still a way to get the body but hey...
At least im drinking lots of water - flush out all the cortisol that's already loose in my system.
Will commit to eat good food today. If i can face food later it will be a takeaway. Food sorted for day
Committing to sticking with arrangements made with my eldest DS for a driving lesson.
I'm not letting my crap today get in the way of being good mum. Plus he likes heavy metal shouting music...im feeling that today. So he can even put his playlist on in the car
