Citalopram/ Quetiapine for OCD

Hello

Does anyone have any experiences with treating OCD with these two medications (alongside CBT)? If so, what doses were you on? I'm currently taking 40mg Citalopram (the max) and 150mg Quetiapine. Unsure whether I should attempt to increase the quetiapine.

Hi. I've been on various AD over the years for OCD including citalopram, sertraline and presently fluoxetine.
I was on a low dose of Quetiapine (25mg) for a few years and during a really bad episode earlier this year it was increased to 250mg.
On 250mg I was like a walking zombie and I could've slept and slept. I couldn't get through a day without needing naps .
I'm now back to 25mg and feel a lot more with it.
