Hi everyone. To cut a long story short since my child’s birth I have suffered with irrational thoughts that someone will take my baby away and I’m second guessing everything I do. She’s 4 now and I still struggle from time to time with anxiety. I’ve seen the GP a few times about my mental health and take sertraline. I’m now in my 3rd trimester and I feel like I’m having all of these anxiety’s return and I’m panicking over nothing more and more.
has anyone else here gone through this?
Does anyone else have any advice to help?
