Looking at getting a light box to help with Seasonal Affective Disorder this winter. What would people's recommendations be and what size do people find best?

I actually use lumie light glasses. They're portable so you can get on with stuff around the house while wearing them. I think what I have is an older version of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/New-Model-Luminette-Therapy-Schedules/dp/B07VMRRB9Y/

I got one off Amazon that plugs into my laptop with a USB. I am not supposed to look directly at it, but have it shining at my face, by the side of the laptop.

Thanks! Do you find the glasses and light work? I found that I get a bit low over the winter and want to have a few strategies.

It's honestly difficult to tell because I have such a complicated mental health history, but I do use them and I much prefer them to the light box I had.
