Well I feel rubbish.

Menopause.

Fibroid giving me pain/ bowel issues.

Melasma on my face.

Horners syndrome diagnosed last year ( with no known cause)

My MH is taking a battering.
I look and feel dreadful.
Just can't face life at all. It's all too much. I take HRT, but it doesn't work.

Just feel stuck and in pain.

Hi OP, I’m sorry that things are hard at the moment. It sounds as if you’ve been seeing the GP for physical issues. It’s very common to develop depression as a result of dealing with health problems.

I really don’t know what to suggest but wondered if your local branch of Mind might have some useful resources. Definitely also tell your GP that things are getting on top of you.

@WishIWasWise thanks
Yes it's all getting too much.
I've had enough.
Just feel very stuck.

This fibroid needs to come out.
The wait for that is forever.

Menopause.. no idea

Horners.. stuck with it. Nerve damage somewhere has caused it. Won't know now. All scans etc done

Melasma.. likely hormonal.

I have a dark patch. I am not happy about it but tell myself I can cover it with foundation if I really want to. The other thing is that once you start looking, you will see how many people have got them. And I honestly think they’re less noticeable on older skin. Mine only stands out now because my skin is still fairly smooth in that area. So I tell myself that once I start getting more lines it won’t stand out.

I hate mine.
It's ugly.

Do make sure you do something nice for yourself each day.

It was through an online shop NeoDerm, think they’ve got a clinic in Manchester. It was about a year ago and cost £100 but it worked beautifully!

Thankyou
Will have a look now 🙂

@MovingAnxiety I've found that cream at £168 for £30 ml. Just debating whether I go for it. If it worked, I'd be mega happy. If not, proper annoyed.
