Hi all. I am under attempting to stop taking my anti depressant / anxiety medication - 75mg venafalxin.
I am doing a regime ( advised by GP) of every week halving the dose until I am on none.
But week one and I feel the anxiety and depression creeping back in. Is the a side effect, psychosomatic, me panicking or a sign that I can't come off them?
Any advice / experience?
