Therapy

Are you in therapy?
How are you finding it?
Is it structured or do you just go in and talk about your week; and unpack stuff?
I have a sort of flexible arrangement but wondering if there should be some sort of I
end goal. I don't currently have one

Depends on the therapist, but with mine we set goals for therapy at the start and review progress now and then.

I am looking at going back to a therapist I ghosted.

Usually we would chat and there was a general theme - I would bring up something from the week and we'd discuss that but also delve back into other stuff.

I'm going to be starting trauma therapy soon so I believe that will be a different structure.
