I'm doing some personal research into mums and their mental health at the moment, and I was wondering if anyone on here would be willing to share their experience?
Being a parent can be really hard sometimes, no matter how old our kids are. Is there any advice you have received either personally or professionally that has really helped you to cope on those difficult days?
For example, breathing exercises, a vent diary, a gratitude list, etc.
I'm hoping that by sharing these tips, we can also help other mums who may be struggling right now, too!
