Has anyone tried this? I have a highly anxious DC who won't sleep?

I'm so have one. It sends electric pulses through your fingers. I found it did stop my anxious thoughts but it didn't help me sleep as it was distracting me. It does have different pulse levels though so I may have had it too high.

Just to say mine I ordered mine from calm carry but it was delivered through Temu and they are cheaper straight from them than from calm carry themselves!

Thank you for your reply it sounds like it may be worth a try, just trying to keep dc in bed is a step in the right direction so this may help at peak anxiety. I'll take a look on temu

@literallybreaking did you try this? I'm at my wits end with my 11 year olds sleep and have been looking at this.
