Citalopram day 7

Help!

I've just been upped to 20mg citalopram. By this point on 10mg I was starting to feel my side effects leaving but I feel even worse today. Heavy nausea. Loose stool. Anxiety. Please tell me someone else has experienced this and it's short lived!?

Hi there. I found it took around 4 weeks to really settle on citalopram and when I did I found it really effective for me. Everyone is different and hopefully you will settle too. Look after yourself.

I hope this has improved for you now. Did you take them in the morning or evening?
