I started a SAD thread a couple of yrs ago and tbh it is a bit depressing.
What small things do you do to get through the dark nights and cold days.
Mine is Vit D
Bedtime routine
Fairy lights
Cosy blankets
Soup
Country walks
Pottery throw down.
How about you.

I have found recently my depression/anxiety increases at this time of year. I have found; pushing myself to go a walk with my son and dog on dark nights, finding a good series to watch and trying to keep in regular family helps.

I'm watching this thread with interest for further tips Smile
