Sertraline with Omeoprazole

sorry if this has already been asked before

I’ve been prescribed Sertraline today and totally forgot to mention that I’m taking Omeoprazole in the morning for acid reflux.

I was wondering if anyone here is taking the two.

my GP has asked me to start taking Sertraline at night, whereas I take Omeoprazole in the Morning.

Hi. I've been on sertraline for 16 years and have taken omeprazole at various times through this. Never had a problem but obviously with all meds phone the doctor to ask someone or ask a pharmacist maybe. I didn't realise I couldn't take ibuprofen with sertraline and had been taking it for years along with another anti inflammatory so always best to check x

Thanks! I’ve found a thread on Reddit with many people taking both.

I’ll keep an eye on how I feel and call the dr if something feels off.

I take both, and my GP reminded me to take the Omep when I started Sert to help with any tummy issues that could occur.
