Has anyone taken this? I've been on setraline for years, seemed to stop working, recently upped dose for 3 months with no effect. Swapped to new med and very teary, 3 weeks in now, and I cry every day. Was a relief initially as I hadn't cried since my dog died, setraline made me emotionally numb so it was nice to have some emotion. Still not improving and having quite dark thoughts. 45F. Gp checked bloods, they're OK.
