How harsh are you towards yourself?

I view all my interactions with people through such a critical lens. Cringe over perceived negative reactions to my ideas. Circular thoughts of failure, anxiety, feeling like I will never get 'it' right (whatever it is).

Self doubt is a constant companion.

No real rhyme or reason for posting beyond seeing if the words on screen would help me process this feeling more rationally.

I’m pretty self critical, compare myself negatively to others and don’t have a huge amount of confidence. But in other ways, because I’ve always been like this, I don’t beat myself up about it too much. So I have negative thoughts about myself whilst also thinking that people will just have to take me as I am. Not sure I’m making much sense.
