Depressed?

Not sure there's an answer to this, but when does feeling low and crap because, basically life is shit at the moment - no money, work getting harder, kids suffering from all sides and no sign it's going to get better, in fact, most likely to get worse - slip into actual depression?

I honestly can't remember the last time I laughed or actually felt happy or positive but then, due to the above, there isn't anything to feel positive about.

Not sure if any of this makes sense really.

sorry things are tough

depression is a hormone imbalance in your brain caused by stress anxiety fear etc

depression is intense you feel you can’t get out of bed or if you have to it’s an effort

I suffer since I was 15 and I’m 54 now and in along episode

exercise helps me

but you should speak to your GP as longer it’s left it can get worse and rubbish help xx. Hugs for you xx
