Phoned ambulance for someone threatening self-harm- how can I find out if they are okay?

Greetings all. Like the subject says, I made a 999 call as a result of someone making a threat of self-harm by text message. Since then I have heard nothing- I don't know if that is good or bad- but I would really like to know if they are okay (they have made threats before) or if it is more serious this time.
I am blocked from calling/messaging them, and they probably wouldn't reply anyway going by previous times. I am not a relative, so not sure what I can actually do to find out. Anyone have an idea?
Many thanks.

I’d call the local police station and hospital?

If you phone 101 & explain they might tell you the basics - yes theyre safe etc

Hi OP, unless the person gives consent to letting you know they are ok then you don’t have any way of finding out- unless you know any friends or relatives you could ask.

Thanks everyone. Yeah, drew a blank with the official channels but found out they're okay for now at least.
