Ok this is not a first world problem but any hypnotherapists out there or people who have experienced hypnotherapy. We are planning a family activity holiday next year, it’s an activity that I have done before and I was a little worried about it but done it, it’s now been many years since i done the activity and with my overthinking I’m now scared of it, but dont want it to get in the way of the holiday, it’s a total irrational fear, nothing bad has happened to trigger it, would hypnotherapy help, I just don’t want to spend all holiday stressing about it.

In a word, yes. Emotions are controlled by the subconscious mind and hypnosis/hypnotherapy connects directly with the subconscious. Most fears of this type only take 2/3 sessions to resolve.
